Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 30V.The capacitance ratio of a capacitor is 4, and this reflects its ability to store electric charges.Diode caps have a tolerance of 10% for this circuit.You can deliver a diode capacitance of 6.8pF through it.-55°C~125°C TJ is the recommended operating temperature range.Furthermore, you can save space by using the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.The reverse voltage peak must be within 30V in order for a conversion to be accurate.
