In this RF modulator, the frequency is 370MHz.RF IC features an enhanced 484-BBGA Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.484 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 484-pin.90°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
