GBU4A Overview


In this device, the forward voltage is 4A.Electronic components in the 4-SIP, GBU package are basically the same.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.This device is mounted in the Through Hole position.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.Ensure that surge current does not exceed 150A.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 5A.
