FS-3007 Overview
The microcontroller has been classified as a MPU Core type module or board.There are ARM920T, SC2440 cores in its processor, which is what powers the microcontroller.Microcontroller settings default to -25°C~75°C.There is a flash size 32MB on the MCU electronics.In this case, the connector type is Board-to-Board (BTB) Socket - 240.As a result, the RAM size of the software has been reduced to 32MB in order to ensure that MCU chip runs normally.During operation, the MCU chip moves at 400MHz speed.Despite operating at 400MHz frequency, the MCUs can still function accurately.The package has the Module extension.As of right now, 75°C is the maximum operational temperature.As far as the temperature is concerned, microprocessor should be warmer than -25°C when microprocessor is operating.The architecture that micro controller's core adopts is ARM.Actually, the package is designed in the shape of a Bulk, so this might be the reason for microcontrollers shape.
