FGI3040G2-F085 is a type of EcoSPARK N-channel ignition IGBT provided by ON Semiconductor, which is designed for automotive ignition circuits, specifically as a coil driver. It is capable of delivering outstanding SCIS capability. Voltage clamping requires no external components due to its internal diodes. The FGI3040G2-F085 IGBT is available in the D-Pak package to save board space.
