This N-Channel 2.5V specified MOSFET is made using Fairchild Semiconductor's cutting-edge PowerTrench technology and has a tough gate design. With a wide range of gate drive voltage (2.5V¨C10V), it has been optimized for power management applications. This product is intended for general use and can be used in a variety of situations.
