FDQ7238AS Description
FDQ7238AS is designed to replace two single SO8 MOSFET in the DC-DC power supply. The design of the high-end switch (Q1) focuses on reducing the switching loss, while the low-end switch (Q2) is optimized using Xiantong's SyncFET TM technology to reduce the turn-on loss. FDQ7238AS includes a patented combination of MOSFET and Schottky diode monolithic integration.
