FDMD85100 belongs to the family of Dual N-channel PowerTrench? MOSFET which include two 100V N-channel MOSFETs in a dual power package. It is ideal for flexible layout in primary side of bridge topology. HS source and LS drain are internally connected for half/full bridge.
