There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 240-BFQFP package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. This device features 173 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. There are 12060 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.5V volts needs to be provided. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Field Programmable Gate Arrays. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 1.425V~1.575V , at which it runs. There are many types of FPGAs in the Cyclone? series, this is one of them. Fpga chips is important to maintain the operating temperature wFpga chipshin the range of -40°C~100°C TJ when operating the machine. There are 173 outputs incorporated in this device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, there are a total of 240 terminations on fpga chips.
