EC103M Overview
Currents with RMS currents are defined as currents with an average strength, regardless of their direction, and they are measured by their RMS current (Irms).In order for the device to operate normally, the RMS on-state current should be maintained at 0.8A.Holding current (hypostatic) for electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices is the minimum current passing through a circuit in order for it to remain in an "ON" state.As this thyristor has 1.7V forward voltage, it requires no voltage to get current flowing across it.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 0.1mA.
