DSC7Q0100L Overview


DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 4000 @ 1A 10V DC current gain.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.8V, it allows for maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.8V @ 1mA, 1A.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 1A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 80V volts.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
