DS4424N+T&R Overview


A 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. If you are looking for related parts, you can use the base part number DS4424 as a starting point. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C can be reached by this module. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 5.5V. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it can operate. Device package 14-TDFN-EP (3x3) is provided by its supplier.
