DS18B20Z/T&R Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are protected from damage by 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. A sensor with 8 pins functions properly. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 1.5mA current when they are functioning. It should provide a DC voltage of 5.5V at its maximum. It is important to note, however, that this magnetic switch can provide a voltage of 3V in the DC circuit even at its minimum. In operation, analog sensors can supply 5.5V voltage. It is recommended that the sensor's current output be set to 400μA for optimum performance. Defining 125°C as the maximum operating temperature for analog sensors is possible. In order for this sensor to function, the operating temperature must not be lower than -55°C.
