There is an embedded version of real time clocks in the package 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width).This package has a package type of Tube.There is 4.5V~5.5V voltage supply for this electrical RTC.It is a Time Event Recorder type electrical real time clock.Surface Mount is the way this real time clock (RTC) is mounted.As far as the operating temperature are concerned, electronic time clocks should be -40°C~85°C.Alarm, Leap Year, NVSRAM, Y2K can be ensured when operating.Transmission lines with 8 terminations have the characteristic impedance of the RTC module terminating them.This RTC real time clock's supply voltage is 5V.With 8 pins, it is equipped with the necessary functions.This object belongs to the family DS1678.As far as the supply voltage for this electrical digital time clock is concerned, it is 2.6V~3.5V.In Timer or RTC, this part is included.Programs and data can be stored in the 32B memory embedded in the RTC times.The frequency of real time clocks' output should not exceed 0.032MHz.There are 5V power supplies attached to it.There are 8 pins on it.
