DS1631Z/T&R Overview


For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. For proper operation, this sensor has 8 pins. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 1mA current when they are functioning. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide the maximum voltage of 5.5V. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 2.7V. During operation, the analog sensors can supply 5.5V voltage. A temperature of 125°C can be set for the analog sensors' maximum operating temperature. But the operating temperature should not be lower than -55°C to make sure this sensor work.
