DS1621S+T&R Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors from damage, the devices are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. A sensor with 8 pins functions properly. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 1mA. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. When the analog sensors are operating, they can provide voltages of 5.5V. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature of the analog sensors to 125°C. For the sensor to work, the operating temperature cannot be lower than -55°C.
