There is an embedded version of real time clocks in the package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width).Time clock is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V when powering this electrical RTC.The type of this electrical real time clock is Clock/Calendar.There is an real time clock (RTC) mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A safe operation requires a temperature of 0°C~70°C at all times.When operating, Alarm, Leap Year, NVSRAM, Square Wave Output, Watchdog Timer, Y2K can be ensured.There are only one family in which RTCs belongs, and that are DS1501.This electrical digital time clock has a 2.5V~3.7V supply voltage.The RTC times embed a memory of 256B available for storing programs and data.Mounting type Surface Mount is chosen for the RTC module.There are 28 pins on it.Maintaining the supply voltage at 3.3V is the key to high efficiency.0°C is the minimum operating temperature.Lower than 70°C should be the operating temperature.In order for it to operate, real time clocks require a minimal supply voltage of 3V.In this case, 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage.
