DS1135Z-8/T&R Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1135. Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. Pins on the 8 axis are arranged in this design. A supplier device package is provided by 8-SOIC. For certain applications, the device operates with a supply voltage of 5V. As a general rule, the maximum operating temperature should be kept at 85°C to ensure optimal performance. The minimum operating temperature should be maintained at -40°C to ensure optimal performance. 5.25V is the maximum supply voltage supported by this device. This device supports a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
