DS1135Z-20 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available.
