DS1135Z-12+ Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1135 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. There are all the benefits associated with Delay Lines subcategory. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable.
