DS1135Z-10 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V.
