DS1135LZ-30 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.7V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 1. At DUAL are the terminals. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. The supply voltage of 3.3V is provided when operating. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V is acceptable.
