For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.7V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature.
