DS1135LZ-25 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. As a result of the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1135L that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 8 for a unique configuration. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided.
