DS1135LZ-20+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The taps/steps are configured with 1. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1135L are universally preferred. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL.
