DS1135LZ-12 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.7V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. As configured, it has taps and steps of 1. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 3.3V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. The minimum supply voltage of 2.7V is acceptable for it to operate.
