Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. The 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V, reliable performance is possible. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. Taps and steps are configured with 1. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1135L is universally preferred for a wide range of applications.
