DS1110S-500 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 10. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1110 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate. Power supplies are provided so that 5V can be operated in a flexible manner.
