DS1110S-250+ Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the SOIC package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. A terminal is located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. Surface Mount mounted in the way. There is a power supply provided in 5V to ensure flexibility of operation. For certain applications, the device operates with a supply voltage of 5V. It is recommended to keep the maximum operating temperature at 85°C in order to ensure optimum performance. Maintaining a minimum operating temperature of -40°C is essential to achieving optimal performance. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. The minimum supply voltage supported by the device is 4.75V.
