DS1110S-150+ Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. 10 taps/steps are configured. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1110 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product. A Surface Mount mounting is used. In order to ensure flexible operation, 5V is equipped with power supplies. For specific applications, the supply voltage is 5V.
