DS1110LE-75+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. As a result, it is configured with 10 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1110L. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 14 terminations. When operating, 3.3V receives a supply voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. If the minimum supply voltage is 2.7V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is acceptable for it to operate at the maximum voltage 3.6V. To maintain optimal operation, the maximum operating temperature should be 85°C. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be maintained in order to optimize performance.
