DS1110LE-300+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. The supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 10 taps/steps. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1110L that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 14 terminations. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. A minimum supply voltage of 2.7V is acceptable for its operation. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 3.6V.
