DS1110E-125+ Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By utilizing the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. The taps/steps are configured with 10. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1110 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating.
