DS1100Z-60 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. The terminals are placed at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology.
