DS1100Z-60 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL.
