DS1100Z-45+ Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. The taps/steps are configured with 5. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided.
