DS1100Z-45+ Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. The taps/steps are configured with 5. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product.
