DS1100Z-300 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. The subcategory Delay Lines provides all the benefits of the subcategory.
