For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
