In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
