DS1100Z-20 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 5. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1100 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type.
