DS1100Z-175+ Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. As a result, it provides all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines.
