Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type.
