DS1100U-500+T Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred. A terminal is located at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. The subcategory Delay Lines provides all the benefits of the subcategory. There is a mounting in the way of Surface Mount.
