DS1100U-40+ Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. With the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. A terminal is located at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE.
