DS1100U-200/T&R Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Using the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. 5 taps/steps are configured. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred. A series of 8 pins have been arranged to form the design. In this case, the device package from the supplier is 8-uMAX. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 85°C should be maintained at all times. The minimum operating temperature should be maintained at -40°C to ensure optimal performance. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. This device supports a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
