DS1100M-45 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. DUAL is the position of the terminals. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development.
