DS1100M-250 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package can be used instead. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. At DUAL are the terminals. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology.
