DS1100M-25 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. The terminations are provided with 8 for a unique configuration. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed.
