DS1100M-200+ Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. The taps/steps are configured with 5. There are two terminals at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology.
