DS1100M-150+ Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology.
